Yogi Government Orders Closure of 94 Unregistered Madarsas in Aligarh

Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh: 04 August 2024, In a decisive move to enhance the quality of education, the Yogi Adityanath government has ordered the closure of 94 unregistered Madarsas in Aligarh district. The directive mandates that all students currently enrolled in these non-recognized institutions must transition to formal primary and secondary schools approved by the authorities.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to improve educational outcomes and provide a well-rounded educational experience for children in Aligarh.

Official Communication and Oversight

Enhanced Educational Outcomes: Students are expected to benefit from improved teaching methodologies, resources, and overall educational experience in accredited schools.
Inclusive Education: Integrating students from Madarsas into mainstream schools promotes inclusive education, ensuring equal access to quality education opportunities.

District Committee’s Role
